El aprendizaje activo de los dígitos de Propagación de Etiquetas¶
Demuestra una técnica de aprendizaje activo para aprender dígitos escritos a mano utilizando la propagación de etiquetas.
Empezamos entrenando un modelo de propagación de etiquetas con sólo 10 puntos etiquetados, y luego seleccionamos los cinco puntos más inciertos para etiquetarlos. A continuación, entrenamos con 15 puntos etiquetados (los 10 originales + 5 nuevos). Repetimos este proceso cuatro veces para tener un modelo entrenado con 30 ejemplos etiquetados. Ten en cuenta que puede aumentar esto para etiquetar más de 30 cambiando max_iterations
. Etiquetar más de 30 puede ser útil para tener una idea de la velocidad de convergencia de esta técnica de aprendizaje activo.
Aparecerá un gráfico que muestra los 5 dígitos más inciertos para cada iteración del entrenamiento. Estos pueden contener errores o no, pero entrenaremos el siguiente modelo con sus verdaderas etiquetas.
